WHO IS INTELEGRA?

Intelegra was established in December of 2002 to support small and rural telecommunications providers located in the Upper Midwest of the United States. As of 2009 Intelegra assisted over 25 main clients, represented M&A transactions totaling approximately $400-million and assisted in the development and construction of over 200 wireless sites. Intelegra has broad experiences in telecommunications consulting and support, including:

  • Creation of business plans and business strategy and communication of those strategies.
  • Acquisition of strategic properties and license for growth.
  • Management services and tower construction services.
  • Development of engineering, construction and development plans for wireless networks.
  • Access to equipment for small wireless networks and network implementation.
  • Advising boards and participating in retreats to establish corporate vision, mission, objectives and goals.
  • Analysis of the viability and risk analysis for telecom investments.
  • Contractual negotiations with roaming carriers, switching providers, backhaul providers and the other infrastructure component providers.
  • Representation in FCC spectrum auctions and management of bidding strategies, bidding agreements and reporting.

Intelegra staff has also been very involved in presenting technical and management papers and remarks to trade organizations such as the Rural Cellular Association (RCA), Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA), Wisconsin State Telecommunications and Internet Association WSTA) and the Rural Iowa Independent Telecommunications Association (ITA). Such exposure has allowed Intelegra to be a sought after resource for growth, technical and management strategies. This interaction also provides Intelegra with information about potential transaction and industry changes.

STAFF BIOS

Steve J. Schneider - Founder/President/CEO

Steve is the chief strategist for Intelegra with over 20 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. Steve graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and has a Masters in Theology and Organizational Behavior. As a native of Kellnersville Wisconsin and a resident of Ledgeview Wisconsin, Steve prides himself with having a keen insight and knowledge of the rural markets and access to industry resources. Steve actively participates in local politics, church activities and has served on various corporate and civic boards including as a Commissioner of the Brown County Planning Commission and Ledgeview's representative to the Brown County Water Authority.

Jake B. Brown - Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer, Jake has been the driving force, both the brains and the brawn, behind Intelegra's innovative network solutions; including the development of a inter-state, flexible IP core network that will sustain Internet, VoIP, GSM, UMTS, Video and TDM traffic. As a former resident of rural Iowa, Jake cut his teeth in the telecommunications industry as a field and service technician for McCloud USA before becoming the (former) General Manager of LaMotte Telephone Company and the Founder of the rural Iowa VoIP provider DUBQUEtalk. In those key positions, Jake was integral in bringing new technological services to rural locations and establishing them as successful, profitable business.

Neil F. Jauquet, PE, PMP - Project & Consulting Manager - Intelegra Segment Leader

As the Segment Leader for Intelegra, Neil has an overarching scope of responsibility to manage the activities of Intelegra and its sibling segments, to ensure they have a focused commitment to project execution. Neil's primary responsibilities include Customer Advocacy and Business Development. Neil is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Wisconsin, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the international Project Management Institute. Neil is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently enrolled in UW Platteville's Graduate Program in pursuit of his Masters of Science in Project Management. Neil was born and raised in Ledgeview Wisconsin and currently resides in the Town of Scott in rural Green Bay Wisconsin.

Kevin Kluge - Director of Network Design

As the Director of Network Design, Kevin has been apart of Intelegra since the beginning, and brings 15+ years of wireless telecommunication network design experience to the table. Kevin's primary role of responsibility includes facilitating roaming agreements with major industry wireless carriers, perform through engineering analysis of new networks - including RF Predictions, Microwave Path Analysis, Network Backhaul Design, etc., and with his unique expertise, analyzing those results to determine site viability. Kevin is also trained and certified in OSHA safety practices, and frequently performs training seminars in tower and radio-frequency safety.

Meredith Medvesek - Director of Sales and Marketing

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Meredith is responsible for Brand Development, Recruiting, Training, Motivating and providing clients a solid return on investment. Her primary focus is creating Sales and Marketing Programs that encompass positive results for the 4 C's. Clients, Company, Consumers and Consultants. By balancing sales and marketing programs that benefit all four sectors, she is able to satisfy the needs of everyone to achieve the best results. Her creativity and flair allows clients to own their brand and become a viable competitor in their marketplace.
